Casey is passionate about LGBTQ+ identified individuals and couples/families, including Queer people, WLW, those with expansive gender identities and Trans folks. They enjoy working with women's issues and use an intersection and anti-oppressive lens centered on identity in her work.
She specializes in providing care for families and couples affected by problematic substance use/addiction and family systems in substance use recovery.
Casey is a strong proponent of group therapy and believes in the healing power of connection and community.

Let's Talk About It's mission is to provide a space for the professional development of specialized mental health care for queer, transgender, and other clients with marginalized identities.
Casey began leading professional continuing education in 2019. She has taught several CEs and trainings focused on specialized care for Queer and Trans clients as well as ethical clinical documentation, the use of arts in substance use treatment, and combatting imposter syndrome in the field of Social Work.
Casey has been providing Social Work and Psychotherapy services to a variety of populations for nearly a decade. Their background includes acute psychiatric care, addiction, couples and family therapy, case management for unhoused people, and older adult healthcare.
Casey earned her Master of Social Work from Kennesaw State University, Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia, and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Georgia with a minor emphasis in Human Development and Family Sciences.
Casey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provides telehealth services to Georgia residents.
